Barnsley Bright Nights: Neon Garden

Led by the Barnsley Studio, Neon Garden was an epic exhibition made by hundreds of community artists from the Barnsley area, alongside ArtWorks artists based in Barnsley, Sheffield and Rotherham. We worked with day services, school groups and community groups to involve as many people with learning disabilities and / or autism as possible in creating the work. The installation of giant flowers and animals, soundtracked by ArtWorks artists, took place two nights and received visits from over 1800 people.
