A Crafty Christmas Grotto

Our Christmas grotto welcomes school children from the local area and SEND students from the Rotherham area to take part in festive craft activities and meet the real Father Christmas. ArtWorks artists lead the grotto, keep the gifts flowing, and share their skills in craft sessions. 2025 saw x children and young people take part from Thorpe Hesley Primary School and Nursery, and crafting groups from Rotherham Open College and Forest School. Supported by Keppel Ward Councillors, the Grotto is a way for us to contribute some crafty christmas cheer to residents from our Rotherham community, and a way to welcome residents into the community centre that we look after for them.
