Michael Smith
This vibrant drawing of a face is made with brightly coloured Sharpie pen on paper. The drawing is dominated by a large, round pink face with two large, expressive green and blue eyes, looking directly at the viewer. The red mouth is wide open, revealing sharp orange teeth. The background is turquoise blue, providing a contrast to the warm, vibrant colours. Above the head, Michael has included his trademark signature drawn in chunky lettering and there is a masking tape border around the edges. Faces and self-portraiture are recurring themes in Michael’s practice.
A 50% deposit is paid through our store for artworks through ArtWorks Together 2026. The remaining 50% and additional fees such as packaging and postage will be arranged at a later date.
